Del Monte sets timetable for P8-B stock rights offering

MANILA Del Monte Pacific Ltd. is expecting to raise P8.07 billion from a stock rights offering in February. The fruit producer and canner said up to 642.8 million common shares will be offered to its shareholders as of record date February 2, 2015 at the proportion of one right share for every 2.029 existing shares owned.
