Delaware officials delay deliberations on Exelon-Pepco deal

Delaware utility regulators have agreed to delay final deliberations on the proposed $6.8 billion acquisition of Delmarva Power and Light Co.' s parent company by Chicago-based Exelon Corp. until their counterparts in Maryland rule.
