Delphi buying connector maker Antaya

Delphi Automotive plc will buy Antaya Technologies Corp., a Rhode Island company that supplies wire harnesses and other technologies that connect with automotive glass. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed, but it is expected to close in the fourth quarter of this year.
