Columbia County residents will have an opportunity to voice their opinions on the 401 water quality certification for a proposed Oregon LNG terminal and pipeline project during a Jan. 29 meeting with the Department of Environmental Quality in Vernonia. Community members have an opportunity to ask questions about the 401 water quality certification process, which is meant to ensure that work completed under a federal Clean Water Act Section 404 Dredge/Fill permit meets all state water quality standards.
