Combining TISP9110MDMR-S high-surge programmable thyristor with ceramic PTC resettable fuses, PN-DESIGNKIT-47 provides effective protection of Subscriber Line Interface Circuits that must operate under 4 kV 10/700 µs surge conditions. Each kit contains sufficient Bourns® components to prototype 5 boards. Telecom applications that need overvoltage protection for this type of interface include wireless local loop, access and regenerated POTS equipment, as well as VOIP applications.
