Dubbed by organizers as the Rolls-Royce of garage sales, Saturday's event - in a field in Water Mill, New York - featured items by more than 100 designers. Donna Karan, Ralph Lauren and Diane von Furstenberg, among others, donated clothes, shoes and accessories to benefit the Ovarian Cancer Research Fund.
