Available in M size 350 x 250 mm and desktop model, iSpector is able to inspect component bodies and solder joints using RGB LED light sources from 3 different angles. This allows 3D meniscus profiling to verify solder joints with low false call rates, accurate tolerance adjustment, and high defect detection rates. Offering plug-and-play installation, iSpector utilizes 22X software with wide range of inspection algorithms and component libraries.
