2018-11-26 14:03:00| Telecompaper Headlines

(Telecompaper) Deutsche Telekom added 622,000 Sims in the three months, while its service revenues were down 8.9 percent year-on-year. Telekom said it added only 48,000 postpaid customers under its own brand in the quarter, suggesting much of the growth in customers is due to low-value MVNOs on its network. Vodafone showed the opposite picture, shedding 204,000 customers in the quarter, but growing service revenues 0.6 percent year-on-year as it increased the share of postpaid subscribers in its base to over 60 percent for the first time.
