NEW DELHI: In a sensitive case involving the Indian Space Research Organization and the role of the prime minister's office in award of S-band spectrum to Devas Multimedia with shareholding of German and US firms, the law ministry has sought the opinion of the Solicitor General to find an escape route to avoid international arbitration.
