HE Space is a successful international space company. For over 30 years, we have been supporting our customers with qualified experts in the field of engineering, science and administration. We are currently looking for a Development engineer thermal control to support our customer in Germany. Development Engineer Thermal Control Key Tasks and Responsibilities As part of the Analysis Team, you will have the following responsibilities Development and Verification of Thermal Components, SS and Systems Performance of thermal analyses for new developments Thermal investigations and analyses in cooperation with other specialist areas, like e.g. structure mechanics and propulsion systems Thermal hardware design of components for Launch Systems Establishment of thermal specifications for thermal Hardware of Launch Systems, subsystems and components Development of new thermal protection materials and systems QualificationAcceptance of Thermal Components, SS and Systems Establishment of test plans and specifications, as well as review of existing test plans System engineering for dedicated development activities Procurement of Thermal Components and SS. Skills Experience You will have the following qualifications and relevant experience Master in aerospace engineering or engineering Experience with thermal analysis Software, like ESATAN Experience in thermal analysis for spacecraft or launcher systems Willingness for occasional business trips within Europe Fluency in English is mandatory knowledge of German is an advantage.
