VCO utilizes dielectric resonator technology and features typical phase noise of -103 dBc/Hz @ 10 kHz offset and average tuning sensitivity of 1 MHz/V. Designed to deliver typical output power of 3 dBm into 50 Ω load while operating from 5 Vdc supply and drawing 20 mA, product operates over -40 to +85°C range while suppressing second harmonic to better than -40 dBc.
