Ready for SDPA systems, BMR465 complies with teraAMP Architects of Modern Power (AMP) standard and operates as standalone unit delivering 90 A or in parallel to deliver up to 360 A. This 2-phase, 3E module integrates compensation-free modulation techniques and operates from 7.5–14 V input. Default output voltage of 1.2 V can be adjusted from 0.6–1.8 V via pin-strap resistor or PMBus commands. Efficiency is 94.3% at half load at 12 V input and 1.8 V output, and MTBF is 14.95 million hr.
