Providing 0.6–5.5 V output, Model PV3105 is designed for key rails that demand precision output voltage regulation and tight control during transient conditions. Device includes Auto-Control® real-time adaptive loop compensation and 0–20 mΩ programmable load-line feature. Housed in 4 x 4 mm QFN package, RoHS-compliant controller provides up to 1.25 MHz switching frequency, implements digital loop techniques to minimize output voltage setting time, and operates with all FET power stages.
