Consisting of integrated ambient and infrared light-to-digital converter with I2C interface, Intersil's ISL29035 Series features self-calibrated photodiode array that emulates human eye response with optimized IR rejection. On-chip ADC is capable of rejecting 50 Hz and 60 Hz flicker caused by artificial light sources. With lux range select feature, user can program display brightness to suit various ambient light conditions, such as dark, normal, and bright light.
