Suitable for testing mobile handsets and chipsets, Model 7100 provides LTE-A carrier aggregation testing at full Cat 6 data rates of 300 Mbps downlink and 50 Mbps uplink simultaneously in FDD mode, and also supports carrier aggregation in TDD mode. LTE-A capability facilitates testing to 3GPP Release 10 specifications on 2 non-contiguous component carriers, with both FDD and TDD modes supported, and with 2x2 downlink MIMO or SISO for each component carrier.
