Hangzhou SDIC Microelectronics recently launched a series of digital temperature sensor ICs: SD5020, SD5075, and SD5003. They have very low power consumption, high accuracy, and wide operation range. Typical power consumption is only 170µA during temperature measurement. Measurement inaccuracy is less than ± 0.5°C from -40°C to 85°C. Resolution is 0.0625°C. Measurement range is -55°C to +125°C.<br />
