Model TSYS02D sensors integrate into digital interface bus systems while TSYS02P units feature PWM for integration into control units and TSYS02S sensors have Sigma Delta Modulation for use with analog circuits. All units feature 16-bit temperature sensing resolution. Drawing maximum of 12.5 μA, sensors operate over temperature range of -40 to +125°C and are accurate to ±0.2°C. Products are available in 2.5 mm² TDFN8 SMT package.
