Optimized for off-line LED lighting applications, Model IX9908 incorporates pulse-width modulation circuit and cycle-by-cycle peak current control to support flicker-free, phase-cut dimming with power factor correction of >98%. Quasi-resonant controller is rated to 600 V, making it suitable for both 120 V and 240 V applications. Available in 8-lead SOIC package, driver features integrated high-voltage start up circuit with digital soft-start and can achieve efficiency greater than 90%.
