AT&T CEO Randall Stephenson speaks at a House Judiciary Committee hearing as DirecTV CEO Michael White listens. Results of a DirecTV shareholder vote showed that 99 percent of votes cast, representing 77 percent of shares, voted in favor of the merger deal with AT&T.
