HAL 37xy series, which consists of HAL 372x (ratiometric analog output) and HAL 373x (PWM and SENT output), uses vertical Hall plate technology. Suited for angle measurement and linear position detection, AEC-Q100 qualified series supports junction temperature range from -40 to +170°C and is resistant to air gap variations and magnet aging. Internal DSP algorithms, in combination with integrated EEPROM, enable customization and calibration for compensating application-specific impairments.
