A D.C. man who claims he was mocked and set up for false arrest by employees of the Foggy Bottom Whole Foods Market has earned a big procedural win in his lawsuit against the store's parent company. Randy Brown , an African-American man who suffers a "cognitive disability due to traumatic brain injury," sued Whole Foods Market Group Inc. in February 2013, arguing his alleged mistreatment amounted to discrimination based on his disability and race.
