Using high-speed pneumatic solenoid to drive jetting action, NCM5000 offers continuous frequency of up to 300 Hz that accelerates throughput. Design, with 2 wetted parts – flexible diaphragm and nozzle plate – and no seals or springs to replace or adjust, simplifies field operation. Main body of pump has built-in, non-wetted heater to maintain optimal fluid temperature for consistent results.
