Operating at speeds up to 500 Hz/sec, Square Wave™ 745NC deposits continuous lines of microdots on solder-coated metal ribbons that connect adjoining PV wafers. Solenoid technology minimizes process variation for repeatable dot-to-dot consistency, while low actuation speed of 2 ms prevents build-up of flux crystals on valve's nozzle which could prevent fluid from being deposited precisely on bus bar.
