Measuring 676 x 145 mm, Lock Out T Card System provides clear, visual way of communicating important information. Single column board features 20 slots which contain chemical- and water-resistant polypropylene T cards with perforated tag. Tag is tied to machine when locked out and T Card placed in board to communicate status. Since cards do not require special marker pens, ordinary pens can be used.
