DivX DRM receives conditional approval for UltraViolet digital downloads

Rovi (NASDAQ: ROVI) has announced that DivX digital rights management (DRM), previously approved for streaming use within the UltraViolet ecosystem, has now received conditional approval for digital downloads, as well as side-loading.
