There has been a lot of talk about 2016 being a rebound year for the price of oil, including U.S. shale oil companies like EOG Resources , which have stated the price of oil at current levels aren't sustainable, even though there is no hint that market leaders Russia and Saudi Arabia will cut back on production. That also applies to OPEC as well.
