Dockworker sues ship owner for $5.2 million after coal pier collision

A CSX Transportation dockworker who says he suffered disabling injuries last August when a tanker collided with a Curtis Bay pier has filed a multi-million dollar lawsuit in U.S. District Court against the shipping company.
