Package Description What we offer if you join our amazing team Competitive Salary Corporate Benefits Package Exciting relocation package if applicable Company events Main Responsibilities As Documentalist you will concentrate your activities on the following Editing of QMS documentation using MS Office Professional Suite Allocation of identification numbers for QMS documents and related Document Change Requests DCRs Implementation of DCRs into QMS documents and updatingproofreading of current QMS Documents Managing the document approval cycle for new and updated documents Publication and distribution of QMS documents after the formal authorisation Administration and maintenance of all QMS documents on the OPS QMS web page and in the DOPS Eclipse Document Management System DMS and in the OPS QMS Library in IBM Notes Accurately proof reading and consistencycross checking of documents prior to review Setting up the RID Review Item Discrepancy System within the DOPS Eclipse DMS for QMS Document Review Follow up on External and Internal Audit Reports to obtain NCR signatures Supporting other documentation work in Quality Management area as required Arranging meetings scheduling of meetings, support with production of presentation, room and equipment booking Attendance, where required, in QMS related meetings Issuing Newsflashes about QMS updates and QMS training sessions Successful Candidate Do you think you are the person we are looking for? See below what experience or knowledge you should bring Knowledge of MS tools and office Experience and competence using Word, Excel and Visio Secondary education is required, experience working in archives would be an advantage Strong interpersonal skills, selfmotivation and ability to work independently Fluent spoken and written English, knowledge of French and German is an asset Fluent spoken and written English Secondary education Important Any offer of employment is contingent upon you providing documents to verify your identity and employment eligibility, as required by law.
