We are currently looking for Documentalist Librarian to support our customer ESAESOC in Germany. Documentalist Librarian Key Tasks and Responsibilities As part of the Human Spaceflight and Operations Directorate, you will have the following responsibilities Administration of the Documentation Library Keep the track of information flow Maintain distribution list Maintain Documentation catalogue Archive of documents Distribution of Documents upon request. Skills Experience You will have the following qualifications and relevant experience Professional qualification in administration Proficiency in MS Office, Lotus Notes and PC based databases User knowledge of administrative tools e.g. SAP Good organisation skills, attention to detail and the ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships Selfmotivation and ability to work independent in an international environment Fluency in English spoken and written and mandatory knowledge of French or another member state language is an asset. This job is located in Darmstadt, Germany.
