Your Tasks Manage and maintain the complete documentation of a project in a centralized documentation database Prepare Documentation Management plans according to the requirements from the customer Prepare document status lists, references lists and their related reports Prepare and deliver project documents, datapacks and status reports for planned milestones to customers and subcontractors Monitor the status of the documents and the change and release process of the documentation Support the Project Manager, Configuration Manager and Product Assurance in order to ensure the representability of the product development Support the datapackreview for planned milestones Support for the implementation of processes for documentation management within a project Your Qualifications Completed education in business administration, technical background or universitys degree Good knowledge of the processes and methods of documentation and information management for the entire product lifecycle Basic experience working for projects, in particular having contact with customers and subcontractors Good communication skills and high initiative Excellent organization and planning skills Ability to work in a team and motivation to become acquainted with new topics Willingness and flexibility to work in different projects Proficient user of Microsoft Office tools Experienced user of Documentation Management Systems andor PDMPLM tools is an asset Good knowledge in written and spoken German and English [ more ]
