Offering alternative to double-arm kneader, Ross Double Planetary Mixer with Discharge System serves ultra-high viscosity (up to 6 million centipoise or higher) applications. There are no packing glands or bearings submerged in product zone, and agitators raised and lowered in/out of mix via hydraulic lift facilitate access for cleaning. Use of interchangeable mix cans, ranging from ½ pint to 750 gal, results in semi-continuous process that maximizes machine and labor utilization.
