During 2015 World Congress on Industrial Biotechnology, Dr. Jennifer Holmgren, CEO of carbon recycling company LanzaTech, will deliver remarks and will be presented with inaugural Rosalind Franklin Award. Award honors an outstanding woman in the field of industrial biotechnology and bioprocessing. Under Dr. Holmgren’s guidance, LanzaTech is developing world’s first alternative jet fuel from industrial waste gases using intermediates derived through industrial biotechnology.
