Elected for 3-year term to ASTM International Board, Robin E. Graves, Ph.D., corporate manager of technical services at Vulcan Materials Co. in Birmingham, AL, has been an ASTM International member since 1992. His roles have included vice chairman of ASTM International Committee C09 and C09.95 as well as chair of several subcommittees within C09 and C07. He is also a member of Committees C12, D04, and D18 and has received Awards of Appreciation for his contributions.
