Able to reduce machining time by minimizing required tool changes, D4580 chamfer body provides drilling and chamfering in one tool. Product is available in 6 in. and metric body sizes with chamfer widths up to 0.011 in. (2.8 mm). Suitable for use with all corresponding solid carbide drills, tool is compatible with such materials as ISO material groups P, M, K, N, and S and suitable for all holes with 45° chamfers.
