Supplied in SSOP16 package, Model TC78H610FNG can control 2 brushed DC motors or 1 stepping motor. H bridge driver has voltage range of 2.5–15 V, max output current of 1.0 A, and output ON resistance of 1.2, suited for battery-powered equipment, camera equipment, and household electrical devices. Three-channel half-bridge driver, Model TB67Z800FTG, controls one 3-phase brushless DC motor. IC incorporates 6 double-diffused MOSFETs and operates at 4–22 V with max output current of 3 A.
