Prototype tested for use in ATEX category 1 (zone 0), SeccoMix1 Seals are silent running with heat dissipation via patented circulation holes. Units are designed as single seals in semi-cartridge construction, and consist of spring seal face and stationary seal unit. Available for shaft diameters from 0.98–6.30 in., seals offer pressure rating of vacuum to 87 psi and temperature range of -4 to +302°F. Since no supply system is required, seals offer advantage over liquid or gas-lubricated seals.
