Measuring 85 x 110 x 200 mm, Model SLC offers wideband coverage of 2 MHz to 7 GHz. Device combines multi-Digital Direct Synthesis with Phase Locked Loop to achieve low jitter measurements down to -170 dBc/Hz at 10 MHz. Supporting single and dual configurations in same housing, synthesizer provides up to 135 dB SNR for ADC/DAC testing.
