The devastated father of a 16-year-old Goodna boy who drowned in a water-filled quarry on Monday described his only son as his "best mate" and said he would not leave the site until his body had been found. Instead, police divers and State Emergency Service crews were continuing to scour the 80-metre deep Collingwood Park quarry for his body, after he disappeared on Monday morning.
