(Telecompaper) The Dutch fixed telephony market grew by 10,000 connections during the third quarter of 2015 to end September with nearly 6.3 million lines, according to Telecompaper's latest Dutch Fixed Telephony Market report. The market continues to expand thanks to growth in digital lines, which rose by 0.9 percent, helping to offset the 5.5 percent drop in PSTN/ISDN lines and 2.6 percent decrease of WLR (Wholesale Line Rental) lines. Digital telephone lines reached almost 5.5 million on 30 September, driven by 0.5 percent quarterly growth in VoIP users on DSL networks and a 5.9 percent increase in VoIP subscribers on fibre.
