Dutch triple-play providers improve customer satisfaction

2014-09-23 09:57:00| Telecompaper Headlines

(Telecompaper) More than half of Dutch households (56%) were subscribed to three fixed services from one provider in Q2 2014. Four percent of those triple-play customers also had a mobile subscription from the same provider (quad-play), according to Triple Play Insights Q2 2014 report by Telecompaper. Overall, triple-play providers have a Net Promoter Score (NPS) of -6, up from -11 a year ago. The NPS measures what share of customers would recommend their provider to others. An improving score suggests more consumers are satisfied with their services. Ziggo and KPN score slightly higher than the market average, with NPS of 0 and -4 respectively, whereas UPC, Tele2 and Online.nl score below average (-13, -18 and -17).
