E.U. Clothing Imports: May 2020 (Monthly Report)

2020-08-24 14:08:52| EmergingTextiles.com

EU's clothing imports have dropped by nearly 50% in volume terms in May, as a result of the lockdown imposed for limiting the pandemic. Chinese shipments have less significantly fallen than imports from other countries where lockdowns may have disrupted the supply chain. Our report covers monthly EU-27 clothing import data per origin, with historical trends being analyzed, and a specific focus on China vs. Rest of World (RoW) and Bangladesh, and on knit vs. woven clothing. Data are supplied in euros and US dollars with historical data available for download, back to January 2002.
