European Commission's Joint Research Centre (JRC) and U.S. Department of Commerce's NIST have agreed to expand their current scientific cooperation to include new research areas, including energy, healthcare and clinical measurements, and food safety and nutrition. Implementing Arrangement expands on previous collaboration and provides joint access to scientific infrastructure, exchange of scientific and technological information and experts, and support for training.
