Position Reference 843 We are currently looking for a EGNOS Safety and Certification Engineer to work at the GSA premises in the city of Toulouse, France. Tasks and Activities The scope of work will include Monitor and control EGNOS certification related activities in support of the EGNOS Service Provider. Ensure the continued compliance of the EGNOS SafetyofLife SoL service provision to the established certification regulatory requirements. Elaborate and maintain EGNOS certification and safety requirements applicable to the service and system evolutions, and verifying their implementation within the system design, development and operations phases. Maintain the current aviation certification framework for the delivery of the EGNOS SoL services and developing new frameworks where necessary for other users. Liaise with the stakeholders contributing to provision of the EGNOS SoL Service in particular the EGNOS service provider, EASA, ESA, EC. Support the EGNOS safety manager for any topics related to the continued safety of the EGNOS services. Contribute to Safety Meetings with ESA, ESP and the industrial development team. Contribute to System Design Review including review management activities. Contribute to progress meetings with the industrial development team. Skills and Experience The following skills and experience are mandatory Masters Degree in the relevant discipline. A minimum of 5 years of experience in GNSS safety and certification, ideally within EGNOS. Organised, dynamic and proactive. Fluency in English, both written and spoken. Security clearance EU Secret will be necessary, therefore only nationals of the EU countries will be considered for this role. How to Apply Looking to take your career to the next level?
