Rhea is currently recruiting an EMC System Engineer to support ongoing mission functions our clients premises in the Greater London Area Tasks and Activities Your primary tasks and activities may include Overseeing development of EMC system architecture and ensuring its consistency through design, integration and validation phases. Technical architecture, generation of system level EMC requirements, ensure flow down of requirements to subsystems and equipments, performance operations compliant to customer mission requirements. Ensure accuracy and consistency of engineering requirements and designs, and ability to successfully manufacture and verify. Including Review of documentation for completeness and accuracy Interpretation of results with respect to programme requirements Advise on potential approaches to provide solutions acceptable to programme needs considering reusability, optimisation, opportunity, schedule, quality, cost, risks, safety and performance. Follow up the manufacturing process and manage technical relationship with suppliers with regard to EMC aspects. With regard to EMC aspects, secure development process by performing early validations and refining system requirements. Preparation of System level EMC validation activities. Demonstrate the system EMC performance through verification and tests. Support spacecraft system level EMC test phase. Production of project documentation including analyses, test plans, test procedures test reports related to conducted compatibility, radiated compatibility, RFC Radio Frequency Compatibility, DC magnetic analysis, charging analysis. Skills and Experience You must possess the following skills and experience You must have at least a University Degree in Engineering or equivalent. You must have at least 5 years of experience in EMC Engineering. Demonstrated experience in project managementreporting technical, cost, schedule, team sourcing. Proven experience in EMC analysis and design techniques Proven experience in RF compatibility, design, test and mitigation techniques Ability to communicate well and work well with customers and suppliers. The following skills would be highly desirable. Experience working in the space environment Knowledge of industry standards such as ECSS How to Apply Looking to take your career to the next level?
