U.S. EPA announced 2013 recipients of its People, Prosperity, and the Planet (P3) Phase I grants. In total, 40 teams of graduate and undergraduate students from across USA will receive $15,000 grant for research proposals that develop solutions to real-world environmental challenges. P3 Phase I teams in 2013 come from 34 universities in 26 states, and their projects cover range of environmental and health topics. Each team will use award to develop their projects throughout academic year.
