EPA Helps 22 Communities meet sustainability goals, grow economy.

As announced by U.S. EPA, 22 communities will receive technical assistance to pursue development strategies which support smart growth and sustainability goals while encouraging local economic development. EPA selected recipients from Building Blocks for Sustainable Communities applicants. Within selected communities, EPA staff and national experts will conduct 1- to 2-day workshops focusing on specific sustainability tool requested in each application.
