Released for public review and comment, U.S. EPA draft Climate Change Adaptation Implementation Plans provide detailed information about actions EPA plans to take across USA to help communities adapt to changing climate. EPA Administrator Gina McCarthy said these plans "offer a roadmap for agency work to meet that responsibility, while carrying out President Obama’s goal of preparing the country for climate-related challenges."
