Dr. Steven Thomas Purucker of U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) received Presidential Early Career Award for Scientists and Engineers (PECASE). By way of congratulations, EPA's Lek Kadeli cited Dr. Purucker's dedication and innovative research. Specifically, Dr. Purucker received PECASE award for efforts in creating modeling applications that help decision-makers and scientists conduct chemical risk assessments important for protecting human health and environment.
