BusinessGreen: Advocates for the coal and utilities industries criticised new proposals by the Environmental Protection Agency to curb carbon emissions from newly-constructed power plants on Friday. The rules, based on the US Clean Air Act, have been made to support the Climate Action Plan announced by President Obama in July.
