Supplied in molded JEDEC SOT-23 package, PESD1CAN provides ESD circuit protection of >25 kV for CAN_HI and CAN_LO bus lines as well as other automotive applications and offers overvoltage circuit protection against electrical fast transients (EFTs). Rated stand-off voltage is 24 V, min breakdown voltage is 25.4 V, and max clamping voltage is 70 V. Compatible with various IEC standards, RoHS- and REACH-compliant diode features 200 W peak pulse power per line for typ 8/20 µsec waveshape.
